Each session is fully customized for the clients needs. The session will include a blend of Medical, Sport and Deep Tissue massage techniques with hot towels and essential oils. The 90 Minute session is great for addressing significant issues.

Senior Massage (65 and over)

This is a session that is specifically geared towards our older clients. Using Swedish Massage techniques we work to help reduce discomfort, increase circulation and increase the clients range of motion. 60 minute session.

This is not a Deep Tissue Massage!

Foot Zone Therapy

Foot Zone Therapy is a detailed therapy working the zones of the feet. The mapping of the feet is similar to reflexology but the approach is completely different and extremely beneficial for so many things. The session also includes hot towels and essential oils.
